Employer and Advanced Education Seminars will be held on Thursday, October 17th followed by the Career Fair on Friday, October 18th. 

The goal of SACC is to create connections. We provide a platform that enables organizations and academic institutions to connect directly with an unparalleled pool of highly qualified candidates. Every candidate is a Veteran of the U.S. Military with a proven track record of organizational leadership in the military and in corporate settings. Regardless of your talent acquisition needs, these candidates represent all levels of military and civilian experience.

The SACC platform provides our candidates the opportunity to engage with industry-leading companies and premier academic institutions from across the globe as they navigate career transitions and pursue graduate degrees.

Established in 1994, the Service Academy Career Conference, on behalf of the Alumni Associations and Associations of Graduates, brings together graduates of the five service academies - the U.S. Military Academy, the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.

Registration

• You must be a graduate of USAFA, USCGA, USMA, USMMA or USNA
• You must be an active member with your Alumni Association or Association of Graduates

Candidate registration is $95.

Candidate Refund

Candidates are eligible for a full refund or deferment if you cancel or reschedule prior to uploading your resume to the event resume book. Please contact the SACC team at sacc@usna.com with any questions.

Registration for this event is $5,800.  Registration deadline is October 7, 2024.

Registration includes:

• Early, online access to the SACC resume book allowing you to search for and contact candidates who fit your hiring needs prior to the event.   
• Unlimited job postings from time of registration thru 90 days post event.
• Company logo and link to your website on SACC website
• Six foot table, table cloth, 2 chairs
• Includes up to 6 representatives at your booth on Friday
• Open access interview space during career fair (Friday)

Company Refund

Seminars are held on Thursday and are a 25-minute presentation opportunity to connect with candidates in a group setting. 

The cost is $2250.

Open invitation, all-alumni networking event and mixer Thursday evening from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

Say Cheese! Sponsor the SACC Photo Booth 

The photo booth is an opportunity for all SACC participants to sit for a professional headshot at no charge during the career fair on Friday. Photographer Doug Sanford captures everyone's best side!

Sponsorship fee is $7,000. One sponsor.

Sponsorship includes: 

• Your logo on prominently placed signage at the photo booth. You may also display your own company banner at the booth
• Sponsor representatives may be present at the booth
• Premium booth placement during career fair
