Bio

Alexandra Barker is Associate Recruiter and Program Manager overseeing Lowe's Home Improvement's military recruiting and engagement programs focusing on Corporate, Technology, and Student Veteran spaces. Alex served in the US Army as a Human Resources Officer and earned her Bachelor of Science from the US Military Academy at West Point in 2017. Before joining Lowe's, Alex was a Technical Recruiter supporting Bank of America. Alex is also currently pursuing her Master's of Information and Data Science from the University of California at Berkeley. Alex and her team focus on providing pathways to employment, supporting internal military community associates through policy, and advocating for better transition programs for Veterans and Military Spouses. This work has led to Lowe's being awarded a Top 10 Military Friendly Company designation by Military Friendly.
