Leidos Military Program
Operation MVP is Leidos’ official Military Veteran Outreach Program. Through this program, Leidos partners with military transition centers, military associations, and veteran organizations in an effort to identify and hire transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses. Leidos is a recognized industry leader for veteran and military spouse candidates, and we continue to increase our efforts to hire qualified military veterans and spouses.
With a workforce comprised of over 7,600 (21%) veterans, our organization has proven expertise in supporting veterans through their transition. We have a Military Alliance Employee Resource Group, which helps promote veteran hiring and acts as a resource for new veteran employees to answer questions and mentor them.
