Sean Gillispie, VP, Head of Military Veteran Recruiting. Sean leads the Strategic Talent Pipelines & Programs Team that is focused on Military Veteran & Spouse, ReEntry and Second Chance talent attraction to JPMorganChase. His team is responsible for building talent pipelines of transitioning military veterans and military spouses. He has a focus on US Military Pathways Development Programs, Events, alignment with business talent needs and supports the firm wide Veteran Jobs Mission initiative. Sean's team support talent attraction needs across all JPMorganChase lines of business. Sean is also the Southeast Region HR Sponsor for the VETS (Voices for Employees that Served) Business Resource Group. Prior to joining JPMorganChase, Sean has held multiple recruiting leadership roles supporting various business groups and firm initiatives. Sean’s recruiting and sourcing background consists of 25+ years of experience in the Aviation, Commercial / Industrial, Outsourcing and Finance Industries.
