Bio

Cathy Schrader helped co-found Association Reserves in 1986. A registered professional engineer, Cathy designed all of the company’s administrative, production, marketing, and hiring processes. She currently serves as the company’s CFO and the Director of Marketing & Communications. Prior to forming Association Reserves, Cathy worked for Rockwell International in their Energy Technology Engineering Center and then owned and operated a property management company. She was awarded a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University in 1980..
