Scott joined Sierra Nevada Company in January 2025, where he is responsible for coordinating activities on key SNC programs with the Department of Defense and U.S Government, with a focus on the Army. Scott spent 29+ years in the military as an Army aviator, commanding at all levels through tactical brigade command while also holding key positions on the Army staff, U.S. Army Pacific staff, and in NATO. Scott served as the Chief of Staff for the 25th Infantry Division and U.S. Army Hawaii, managing Army deployments and exercises in support of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command’s integrated deterrence mission. Scott also served as the Director of Materiel, Army G8, responsible for directing and leading the Army’s 500+ modernization programs and associated annual budget submission. Scott is a Master Army Aviator who flew attack helicopters.
