Ashlie Jenkins is a Human Resources Recruiter with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Headquarters in Washington, DC, where she leads enterprise outreach and talent initiatives supporting programs such as the Department of War SkillBridge, Army Career Skills Program, and Workforce Recruitment Program. With over 16 years of federal service, she brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational change. Ashlie has led the design and expansion of national-level workforce programs, early career pipelines, and strategic hiring initiatives across the Department of War. She is recognized for building impactful partnerships with organizations including Hiring Our Heroes, the Society of American Military Engineers, and the American Society of Civil Engineers to strengthen recruitment and veteran transition efforts. A certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Career and Executive Coach, Ashlie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Marketing from Wright State University and a Master’s Degree in Business. She is a recipient of the Civilian Service Achievement Medal and was recognized by the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering for her leadership as a SMART Sponsoring Facility Lead.
