Scott Anderson is the Chief Operations Officer at Chewy, Inc., where he leads the company’s fulfillment, transportation, planning, and logistics networks—delivering operational excellence, cost leadership, and exceptional customer experiences at scale. Since joining Chewy in 2022, he has focused on integrating technology, process rigor, and high-performance team development to support the company’s rapid growth and customer-first mission. Prior to Chewy, Scott spent more than a decade at Amazon in progressive leadership roles. He served as General Manager and Regional Director of multiple fulfillment centers, led the Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Network through a period of rapid automation-driven expansion, oversaw the North American Fulfillment Network during the COVID-19 pandemic, and later headed the North American Transportation & Logistics Network—building a highly connected, end-to-end supply chain. His leadership has consistently delivered scalable, measurable outcomes across complex, multi-billion-dollar operations. Scott’s foundation in leadership and operational discipline was forged during six years of service in the U.S. Army as an Armor Officer and Tank Company Commander. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he earned a degree in Economics. His servant-leadership philosophy emphasizes transparency, goal clarity, and empowering teams to solve complex challenges with purpose and precision.
