Capital budget planning for condominium associations. Spend approx 25-50% of your time in the field inspecting and measuring roofing, painting, asphalt, etc., and the balance in the office preparing reports, proposals, and other administrative tasks. If you like bringing "insight and order to distraction and clutter", this position is for you. Successful employees enjoy assembling the "story" and "needs" of a physical property, so its stakeholders can prepare physically and financially for their own future. Training provided, but you need to be curious, be able to make decisions based on what you see, and communicate effectively with numbers and words (spoken and written). Employee position leads to regional partnership/ownership opportunities. We are a 35-yr old company currently in a significant growth phase, helping condo boards anticipate, and financially prepare for, their major upcoming expenses.
