If you are interest in a hands-on, continuous improvement oriented, fast-paced role then our IT Plant Floor Support Engineer role is for you. This is a chance to own and monitor Plant Floor Support critical metrics/PIs to ensure employees and contract teams are executing work as expected be on the production floor, you will troubleshoot and problem solve on the fly to ensure we meet our production goals. This is a chance to develop as a leader, change agent, and technically as an Engineer. Additionally, you can expect to:
Provide 24x7 escalated & operational support services (including weekends and holidays) for North America Zone Supply facilities (12 US breweries, 6 Canadian breweries, and vertical operation facilities)
Ensure all infrastructure and plant floor systems are aligned with the latest security policies and standards
Engage in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of major issues
Promote and enforce effective organizational change, support transition and support customer concern processes for various design and implementation teams. Work with internal/external teams to resolve issues, improve support and enhance products
Develop, document, and implement various process improvement initiatives
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in IT support, engineering, or manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or IT management subject area
Above average problem solving & multi-tasking abilities, leads by example, acts as an owner, results oriented & strong customer focus skills
Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems
Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware, Windows Operating System & IT Infrastructure, relational database and software monitoring technologies.
Must be willing to travel as needed and remain flexible to changes in responsibility
Production process management experience a plus
