Configure and install various network devices and services for critical 24/7 production facilities across North America Zone Supply (12 US breweries, 6 Canadian breweries, and vertical operation facilities) (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, wireless access points)Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurationsMonitor performance and ensure system availability and reliabilityMonitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planningProvide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issuesWork within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the computer infrastructureSelect and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security teamLiaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolutionAbility to travel to facilities within the US and Canada
B.S. Electrical or Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related technical disciplinePreferred experience including the following technologies:
