Our Solutions team provides technical support and offers forward-thinking solutions to nearly every area of the business. By focusing on innovation and technology, Solutions helps the company seek a variety of business challenges such as predicting out-of-stock product, driving efficiency through process automation, and supporting e-commerce platforms. Along with our IT and Tech teams, our Business Service Center in Solutions provides support to their respective functions throughout the company (Finance, Logistics, People, etc.).
Leads service delivery and continuous improvement for the IT Service Desk
Demonstrates good technical leadership to improve knowledge & skills across team members
Collaborates with level 2 support service owners to improve overall technology support
Gets results across KPIs and SLAs of managed service teams for the IT Service Desk

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate IT Services vision that aligns to the business strategy
A strategic problem solver who understands business needs and trends in technology and can translate them into opportunities for ongoing improvement
Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic and operations planning and execution
Deep knowledge of personal computing, collaboration and end user support technologies with strong Microsoft 365 & Azure platform knowledge
Digital dexterity with consumer gadgets, apps and other technology services, along with the vision to see how they can improve employee agility and engagement
Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles
Creative, not afraid to disrupt, whilst at the same time drive decisions collaboratively
Ability to communicate and lead within all levels of an organization. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Computer Science or Engineering
7+ years in technical problem solving, analytical and solution design roles
5+ years managing and improving end-user IT services in enterprise environment
3+ years managing identities & access in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory & Microsoft 365 suite
3+ years working with MDM and MAM tools such as SCCM, Intune & JAMF
3+ years designing services & forms in a workflow tool such as Jira or ServiceNow
3+ years creating dashboards and reports in Power BI or other business intelligence tools
3+ years leading automation initiatives
ITIL, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma or other relevant industry certifications preferred
