This role will be responsible for the clinical workflow product strategy and direction of our Home Infusion Pharmacy solution as we expand our reach to providers across the United States.


Let’s talk about Responsibilities

Mentor developers, business analysts, and quality assurance analysts as a subject matter expert in Pharmacy and Home Infusion practices.

Author internal white papers on Pharmacy Infusion best practices.

Collaboratively design Pharmacy and Pharmacy Infusion workflow and features.

Working with the development team, ensure a high focus on product quality and patient safety.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver best in class software solutions

Partner with team members to develop relationships within our customers and new prospects

Work with the Product Manager and project stakeholders to understand requirements translating the business needs into user stories that can be understood by the software engineers.

Prioritize the product backlog to align with the product vision and priorities.

Ensure user stories meet the business objectives of the stakeholders

Participate in user story reviews with the development team

Participate in Sprint Reviews of software produced during the sprint to ensure the requirements were interpreted correctly

Assist in the user interface design of the software products, and working with the developers to ensure a positive user experience

Participate in testing of the software produced during the sprint to verify the work product meets the business objectives, as well as documenting any defects or issues           

Participate in Sprint Planning to answer questions from the development team and understand the implementation of the user stories

Assist in the troubleshooting of production-related customer issues

Define non-functional product requirements for the development team and stakeholders

Review product documentation for accuracy

Manage changes to requirements or scope-creep through effective change management processes

Field questions from the internal software implementation, training and support teams


Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy

Licensure with a state Board of Pharmacy and currently in good standing OR Eligible for state Board of Pharmacy licensure

Worked in a Home Infusion Pharmacy as a Pharmacist or certified pharmacy technician

Healthcare business software experience

Excellent Communication skills and client-service skillset

Skilled at creating product requirement documents and communicating effectively with software developers, QA and technical writers

Critical thinker with ability to solve complex problems

Passionate about technology, a natural, credible evangelist, and experienced in translating that passion into business impact for customers

Self-starter, results driven, highly motivated, high energy, with a proven track record of success

Ability to analyze and assess existing client needs to identify the underlying problem to solve

Confident, and assertive, with a drive to be the best

Highly organized

Must be able to work or travel to our metro Atlanta office
