Buckle Up is looking to hire a Senior Systems/Infrastructure Support Analyst to join the Information Technology team. The person will be responsible for supporting end users and environments a fast-growing InsurTech. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Works well within a Team Environment

Providing end-user support – responding to Calls, Tickets, and Chat that come into the IT Help Desk System

Accept escalated requests from team members

Escalate requests to other groups as needed

Work within ticketing system and utilize tool set to support clients

Shared responsibility to monitor phones and ticketing systems

Involved in some projects as needed

On-Call as required as part of a rotation

Your Skills Matter!

·      Strong End-User support

·      Desktop hardware/software expert

·      Moderate Server Administration

·      Active Directory implementation

·      Understanding of networking concepts

·      Familiarity with AWS

·      Knowledge of Office265 and G-Suite

·      Knowledge of Microsoft Server technology - Active Directory, terminal services/RDS

·      Knowledge of networking – TCP/IP, WAN connectivity

·      Knowledge of firewall concepts

·      Knowledge of VPN/Remote access technologies - client-based, IPSEC tunneling

·      Strong attention to detail, specifically with regards to documentation

·      Ability to act as a higher-level resource for escalation

·      Ability to adapt/modify troubleshooting techniques to address the situation

·      5+ years of end-user support

·      Bachelor’s degree or industry experience    

·      Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
