SACC Program of Events:

Resume Access:
The Resumes will be available via electronic access ONE WEEK prior to the SACC job fair. A password and access instructions will be e-mailed to the individual who registered your company for the SACC. A hard copy resume book will also be provided to each company as they check-in (in person) at the SACC
.

 

· Thursday is Company Check-In day. There is an on-site SACC office at the hotel where companies may pick up the resume books, conference materials, booth assignments and check on their shipments to the hotel. The SACC office will also serve as a refreshment area for recruiters during the SACC on Friday – bottled water, coffee and sodas will be available.

 

· Friday is the actual job fair and runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.(with 75 minute lunch break), which allows candidates and recruiters to interface at the company booths. If a recruiter chooses to interview a candidate during SACC, a semi-private interview room is available. Interviews are scheduled directly between recruiters and candidates – the SACC staff is not involved in this process. Some companies use their hotel rooms/suites to interview candidates more privately.

 

Exhibit/Booth Set-Up:

 

· Companies are provided one six foot table and two chairs unless additional tables have been purchased. Tabletop exhibits should fit on top of the 6 ft. table and floor displays should not exceed 8 ft. Companies are arranged by alphabetical order in the ballroom, unless they require an electrical oulet.

 

Exhibit/Booth Tear-Down:

 

· The hotel will handle shipment of all conference materials left in the Ballroom. Please tape up all boxes and complete shipping labels with an account number to ensure proper delivery. The SACC office will have extra labels if required for shipping. Leave all boxes in front of your booth and it will be picked up for shipment by the hotel staff.

 

Hotel/Airport:

 

· SACC has a block of rooms reserved at a rate of $199 per night – this rate may sell out. To reserve a room, please call the hotel and request the SACC rate ASAP. The Four Seasons is downtown Austin and 15 minutes from the airport – $20 taxi fare one way. Parking at the hotel is $18 per day – SACC does not validate for parking.
